Our correspondence started on the 9th of December 2006. I can't say that I liked him at once. His letters were short and sad.
He suffered from the hard experience of divorce. I had to support him morally in my letters.
Our first meeting was in Kiev in April, 2007 and my opinion about him changed for the better as he was very attentive, caring, kind and intelligent.
The second meeting was in July 2007 in Berdyansk. He came over for 3 weeks. I introduced him to my family.
We also went to Yalta for a vacation where we were engaged. But we also had a problem of misunderstanding as I didn't speak English and because of this we had some problems in the relationship.
That meeting wasn't as good as the first one. We had many contradictions, but nevertheless we decided to take a second chance because we hoped for the best.
He came over to me in September with his kids from his first marriage. This meeting was important for us and our relationships turned for the better.
We understood that we wanted to be together, love each other and create a family together.
I started to learn English that was rather hard for me. But I had a great desire to learn it. Our meetings got often.
He came to the Ukraine just for a couple of days to see me. It was very romantic. My knowledge of English was improving.
I have received an international passport and in March, 2008 I went to visit him in Norway. I liked the country a lot, I liked him and his attitude to his home.
I got acquainted with his father who accepted me very warmly. Since that time we started to think to collect the documents for applying for my visa to Norway and getting married to Helge in Norway.
In August, 2008 we submitted all the documents and waited for the decision during 4 months. In December I got a visa and on the 28th of December I was going to Norway to my beloved Helge.
I am very happy and I am thankful to this agency for the assistance in finding my happiness and love.
