This wonderful story happened to Svetlana, a Russian lady, and Charles, an American. Svetlana had been divorced for two years and was living with her little five-year-old daughter. She was accountant-in-chief in a large corporation. Her work and childcare were taking up all of her time. Two years went by, but the wound just wouldnt heal.
Once Svetlanas mother, anxious about her daughters loneliness, brought her to our agency. We made her pictures and posted her profile in the Internet. Svetlana was not getting a lot of mail. One of her correspondents was Charles Urbanek, who was more fascinated by her than others were. He was writing to her almost daily, slowly pushing aside other admirers of hers and taking up all her attention.
Their correspondence was becoming more and more intimate and affectionate. Svetlana had undergone a miraculous change over two months, her eyes were shining, she acquired a dancing gait. Imagine her surprise and delight when she got the news of Charles approaching visit to Russia for Christmas holidays!
She was very much afraid that they would not understand each other because of the language barrier. However, when Charles appeared in her house, they understood each other very well, because love and care do not need any language. When a person is looking at you with loving eyes and is trying to make you happy in every possible way, there is no need for words.
Soon after the meting the couple began filing a fiancee visa and in the middle of June 2003 Sveta with her daughter moved to Charles house in Tennessee, USA. In three months they became husband and wife. Now Svetlana Urbanek is expecting a child.
