I would like to start by telling everyone that great fortune CAN be found using Anastasia. After using the site for several months, I took the chance to go on a tour through Anastasia. I had been in communication with several ladies, and thought that it was time to actually meet some of them. As it turns out; the lady that I met and married, was not one of the ladies that I had been communicating with. We met at a social provided by Anastasia, and it was almost accidental, or perhaps destiny! The end result is, that we dated for a short period of time, and then I returned home. After many letters, I was growing fonder of this lady, and decided to escalate the relationship. I ended up visiting the Ukraine several more times, and found myself able to be able to find my way around the core area near my hotel, as well as traveling to another city (alone) to check things out. I did have the assistance of an interpreter for the times that I was with people that were not very versed in English.
After about a year and one half, we decided to get married, and we fulfilled that wish. I am fortunate that my wife and myself communicate pretty well with our limited knowledge of each others language, but we actually have very few misunderstandings. I guess that she speaks better than she knows, and perhaps because I have learned some Ukrainian also, to help occasionally.
In trying to keep a not too short story from becoming a novel, I would like to thank Anastasia, and especially our interpreter; Elvira, for the assistance that we received, and also with help with some of the paper we were required to file.
